When I say that I've German is the BEST ....that she is. I desperately needed to rent a unit ASAP, she immediately got on it. A lot of things were going with me but she somehow made me feel like I didn't have a care in the world. Secure Care on Sherron Rd. , is the BEST!!!! THANKS Ivy for going a great job!!!!
I don’t usually write reviews but the experience I had with one of the employees was above and beyond! Having to move and put your stuff in storage is stressful to say the least but it helps to meet nice, patient ppl to help calm you down and make you have a little less stress speaks volumes. I believe she said her name is Ivy (as I mentioned I was very overwhelmed). She was patient and very informative! I would recommend them to anyone looking for self storage. Sherri
The staff, in particular Ivy, in this office is phenomenal. I worked with her on a particular issue regarding my rented unit and she was extremely professional, patient, understanding, knowledgebale and most importantly resolved the problem. She took a situation which could have been really unpleasant and made it positive. It was a pleasure to work with her. If I am ever in need of a storage unit I will undoubtedly turn to this location and insist on working with Ivy. Thanks, Ivy!
Moving isn't exactly my favorite thing to do, however, my experience was made much easier after I contacted this company and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Ivy. She helped us with getting a unit rented so that I felt safe about my belongings during this process. The facility was clean, well-lit, and safe. I feel so much better now. Thank you Ivy 😌
What a wonderful location, location,location to meet all your storage needs. When I was unsure of what sizes I needed to meet my sudden needs Ivy explained it perfectly. I was able to quickly secure an outdoor as well as a temperature controlled unit. Ivy also made sure I understood the payment schedule, insurance, security and my gate codes. This is a very clean and driver friendly storage place. They also offer reserved parking spaces if needed. Thank you for being able to meet all my needs.
