This was an excellent experience in a storage facility. The woman who helped me was sweet as can be and just lovely to deal with and I apologize I cannot remember her name. It may have began with a P? Anyway, they were super nice. Friendly, courteous. I never had any issues. They were concerned about the security of my lock when I started it was kinda cheap lol. I have leased a unit with SecurCare Self Storage in Wilson North Carolina for a while. Have never had any issues. I have Never seen any bugs. And the staff is very helpful. I really enjoyed working with Kimberly. She's very friendly, very professional and gives 100% to make sure your needs are met. I am now using a second unit with them. Would highly recommend SecurCare Self Storage.
