These people are jerks. Don't you dare be a day late paying your rent or it's an additional $10. Your online account access doesn't show you the full amount due, so you pay what it shows and you get a note 2 days later saying you owe more money. The unit rent goes up EVERY year. I'm moving my crap out and going someplace where they are nicer....... I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company
