My family and I have been customers of SecurCare for many years. We are very satisfied with the units and the service is 10 out of 10. Angel is usually who we work with and she makes it very easy to pay our bill. Employees make a company and she is awesome! SecurCare is lucky to have her.
At the secure care self storage. My experiences has been awesome. No worries about anything when it comes to my belongings that are kept in my storage. The security there is above a 10 for me. And, as for Angel Brown that works at the facility she is a blessing. Very sweet, hard worker, and is dedicated to her job.
Had the pleasure of getting assistance from Ty’Asia today. She was a pleasant young lady to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient. I would likely recommend secure storage to family and friends for sure. Keep being excellent Ty’Asia great customer service is hard to find. Thank you!
Loved how clean the grounds were and the storage facility. The staff was very professional. Angel was a lifesaver when I was stranded for 10 hrs waiting for a moving company to move my items out. She offered me water and let me charge my phone during my crisis of sitting in the heat.
Young lady that was up front her name was Tyasia was very polite and pleasant. Great attitude! Would definitely recommend service to family and friends!
