This place is a joke. My storage unit was broken into in February of 2019 and I didn't know about it until April of 2019. In April I went to my storage unit to clean it out to find a new lock on my unit. I went to the managers office and they said the unit was broken into sometime in a February. I asked why I wasn't notified. They said they didn't have my correct number on file. I asked why they didn't call my husbands number that was listed and they ignored my question. There is nothing secure at all about this place. My locker was broken into. They replaced My lock with one of there cheap locks. Someone broke the cheap lock and stole all my stuff. The security camera was so bad you cant see anything. And the people that work there sont care. Sounds like and inside job to me. STAY AWAY!
There is no such thing as secure place here I had my utility trailer here it was parked outside along by the freeway they stole the spare tire the carrier I informed the girl in the office they never did anything about it so as far as security look somewhere else because this definitely isn't the place.
There is a lot to say about this storage company. A few pros and I'll get to the cons at the end. Pros: * Friendly staff when they sign you up and take your money. * Your belongings are actually secure. There is a pin assigned to every tenant and you have to use it to get it to your until and to leave. I did like that. * You can pay by phone, in person, or online.
