Under new management and Jeremy is awesome. Highly recommend this place. Jeremy is willing to work with you and walked me through the entire set up process step by step. Convenient location and decent rates.

Got my storage unit broken into 3 days after I put all my stuff in it. Owner of this facility is a joke. No cameras. Then a month later they raised my rent from $173 to $234.

Their favorite past time is sending emails saying they "find it necessary to periodically raise rent." I've gotten 4 of those writhing 13 months. Each raise is between 12-18 dollars (the first one I got was almost a 2x increase). Definitely not a long term storage facility. After today's, I'll be relocating.

If you like your rate, almost doubling every three months this is a great place to rent from! Not only do they not value loyal customers but when you call to ask why you're paying way over what their website and other storage facilities charge nothing gets done This is basically extortion Do not rent here you'll regret it

I rent a storage unit at 1881 Gordon highway in Augusta Georgia by far the worst storage unit company to rent from. The gates hasn't been fixed in a long time I was told that they were going to get fixed still haven't gotten fixed a hole was cut in the fence and they have no cameras haven't had cameras in 4 years since I've been renting from them. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Our storage unit was broken into and numerous items were stolen. Other things were broken and haphazardly thrown about. We purchased from SecurCare the "high security lock" they recommend and sell in their office. Interestingly, a new, identical lock was placed onto the storage unit after it was broken into. I asked what the typical rate change would be before I got the unit. I was told it was typically 7-9 months for only just a few bucks. I'm the third month I received an email saying that the company thought it would be reasonable to raise it almost $20. Crazy.

WARNING!! I rented a storage unit here on King St., only to have pretty much every thing I own in this world stolen. Thieves entered the King St. location under their so called secure care watchful eye (a manager lives on site), cut the lock off my door, and stole everything I own. At some point following the break in, someone conveniently placed a new lock on my door. Of course the staff knew nothing, and seemed to care even less.
