I've been renting from Secure Care (on Chapel Hills) for a year and a half now and have had zero issues that were not very quickly resolved and always to my total satisfaction. They worked with completely one month when I had a financial issue and had a hard time getting my rent in on time and I have felt total secure that my belongings are completely safe. Amanda provided top tier customer service! She was knowledgeable and professional. The facility is clean and had all size units available with seemingly good security protocols! Overall great experience.
We have been renting with SecurCare Self Storage since 1994 and have always found it to be very clean and safe. The customer care and attention to our needs is exceptional. I have used other storage facilities before and none has been as cost effective and secure. Been renting a unit here for 6+ years and it has been wonderful and super easy for me to pay and store my belongings! Amanda at the front desk is amazing👏 👏 she is my favorite person to see when I come in! Will definitely recommend and continue with renting my unit here...
