This was the best experience I have had with a storage locker - period. I was able to secure a great deal online, get a move in date and all of the info I needed super quickly and online. When we got there to move in it was clean and well maintained and had carts to help you move. When it was time for me to move again and I no longer needed the unit - it was so hassle free. No weird hoops to jump through to cancel, and no forced fees or extra payments. Will continue using them forever!!
James is so helpful. I know it is his job, but he truly cares about his customers. He always greet you, and make a point to know your name. That is good service. Great job! James
To date this facility has been clean and management so easy to work with everytime I have needed assistance. Also, call me lucky but no rodents! Every facility I have been in before has had rodents, to the point of me actually being afraid to open the locker door! So far, so good. I do with they could add a light in each locker. Becky Switzer
James, he is kind and very helpful. This guy took care of all our organization's needs. I recommend the Wilshire location for their customer service and the safety.
Update 7/18: They raised their prices unexpectedly without warning so I have dropped this to 3 stars. Still a pretty good facility, but this was quite unprofessional in my opinion. This is a great facility and I feel my stuff is secured and safe! The prices are fair and James, the property manager, does a great job of taking care of the facility.
