Getting broken into the insurance will only cover $2,000 of it so if you have anything on high value do not place in the storage and there's a bunch of homeless people to live around and inside the storage so that's who's breaking in and they claim not to know anything it's a bunch of BS if you ask me
NOT SECURE!!! Do not store your things here. In the 2 months that I used this place while moving their security gate malfunctioned twice that I know of, one time resulting in the break in of 6 lockers including mine. The refused to pay for my loss even though it was their gate that malfunctioned and the criminals cut the storage door open when they couldn't cut my lock. They refused to take responsibility for the break in and claimed i should have bought the insurance that was never offered to me through the call center. And... read more
I got a storage from here. In less than 3 weeks of having the storage my unit was broken in and almost 9k worth of stuff stolen. I was storing things here for Christmas Toy Drive. Someone broke in.... and replaced the lock on the unit so I couldn't get in my own unit. The office manager, Blake, cut the lock off and was just gonna drive away. This place deserves a zero!! if anyone has anything of value stored here I suggest you go elsewhere ASAP!! Mine and my husband storage unit was wiped clean! We had over $6,500 worth of brand new wedding gifts/ home decor stolen. Bikes etc.. We got a call from the storage place about 11am saying our unit and about 6 others had been broken into, the door was pried open?
