This is my 3rd time getting a storage unit. I picked this placed based on other reviews, and they were all true. Javier is awesome!!! My experience this time around with this place has been great. Javier is a very friendly, professional, and respectful young man. He gave me superb customer service and even stayed open a little later to help me out, which I really appreciate since I needed to do this today and start moving my things tomorrow. This is my first time renting out a storage facility so Iām feeling kinda anxious about leaving my belongings. Javier went above and beyond! Very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. He called me the day after I booked my reservation online and offered me a ātourā of the units before choosing one. The office, facility, and units are very well maintained and clean. I also love how convenient this location is for me.. only a few minutes drive away from Iām living!Ā
