Horrible customer service try to get you to pay bills after you moved out We had moved out of our storage unit on March 16. We let corporate know we let Management know we even got a move out receipt and then as of today we can sit here and get a bill saying that we have them $211 even though I sent all the proof to them they haven't even deactivated our code. They changed our phone numbers on the account.
Well, I know times are getting worse. We have stored my in-laws household belongings, as well as many of our belongings in this storage unit a little over two years ago. We went down there today to retrieve our Christmas decorations and found multiple storage units with their items strewn out in the path. Multiple doors, broken off and wide-open and units ransacked. These thieves raise their rates every year but claim they aren't responsible for THEFT OR DAMAGES! Started out at $29.00 now paying 39.00! I'm having an auction to get rid of my stuff you'd be better off selling your stuff instead of pissing your money away here!
