The customer service guy was very friendly and cordial. He got us just what we need for our storage space. He was very knowledgeable about the units, how much of our stuff would fit and gave us the best advice on the size to get.

Jennifer Cheney at the 1100 Hwy 54 E location in Fayetteville, Ga was extremely pleasant in our interactions with her and very helpful and knowledgeable. UPDATE… I received a call back today for Lisa the Regional Director. I appreciate that she did her research before calling to try to resolve my issue. She was gracious, understanding and very apologetic regarding my experience with her company. As well as the importance of good customer service, and customer retention. I appreciate her speedy response as she was not made aware about this situation until this morning.. Good companies still exist because GOOD PPL are manning the helms.. Thanks again.
