My experience here has been wonderful! Customer service is excellent and I am so happy that the security at this facility is top notch! The property manager Ricky is excellent to work with. I live in West Virginia and just knowing my families items are safe is comforting! So if you need to have somewhere to store your property please consider this facility, they are amazing from the start of the rental process!
Ricky provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, as soon as I walked in the door he displayed warm welcoming energy. He was a subject matter expert on all things secure storage. This is not an exaggeration. I wasn’t paid to do this. I just want people to know this man was awesome. Secure storage has secured my business!
The manager Ricky Tiben is delightful and polite. He took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish in less then 10 mins. I recommend this place for military. The property is clean and secure. Ricky took a stressful day and turned it into an awesome one!
I must say, Ricky rented me my unit. He explained everything to me in perfect detail. In less than twenty-five minutes I was good to go and unloading my trailer. He was very courteous and I would recommend this facility to anyone!!!
Ricky’s costumer service is amongst the best I have experienced. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and funny! If I could give him 100 stars, I would. Thank you Ricky!!
