Do not rent from them. The gate and cameras don't work. They broken into one of my unit and the other unit they tried to cut the lock. They advertise gated and camera's. That is false advertisement, but they sure do go up on the rent when they want and as much as they want. When Ms. Olivia lived on property there was no issue with break ins. From the time I started my moving experience I knew I would need a storage unit. I called around and Alyson was the nicest person over the phone! She made the whole process easy! Thanks Alyson!
My unit was broken into not once but TWICE and I’m not the only unit!! It’s ridiculous. Nothing has came from the incident at all. Now I’m missing valuable personal items that I will never get back!! I’m very disappointed in how the situation was handled and I will never ever recommend this specific storage location to anyone.
This facility is clean and prices are great! The lady upfront, I believe it was Aly, was super nice and made me feel like she was there to help me for what I needed! I highly recommend using this place!
good storage and reasonable prices the staff is helpful especially the manager Liz. the only thing i would like improvement in is the condition of the pavement its very out of condition. like huge potholes i keep hoping they will improve it but no luck as of yet
