WORST STORAGE FACILITY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Today it has to be 100 degrees in the building and NO WORKING CARTS! There is never anyone working here either and I have been on hold with no ability to speak with anyone for at least 30 mins. Can't wait to get my stuff out of here.

This has been BY FAR the most frustrating storage experience of my life. Should be pretty simple right? Pay your fees on time and your stuff stays safe. That's it. Well I was deploying and needed to store my stuff. I got the website rate with a military discount. Awesome. I deployed and after a month, I was informed my rates were going up by approximately $20 dollars a month.
