First, and most importantly, the cameras they claim to have do not work. Our storage unit got broken into over Labor Day weekend. We were “contacted” on the 6th (an old phone number, was giving the busy tone) and didn’t get a follow up email until the 7th to have us call them. We went over on the 7th and put a new lock on. Went back the 23rd and there was now a red lock on the unit. I had to call the front office three times to finally get someone to answer.
