Steven went above and beyond while getting us checked into our new storage unit. He was so friendly and informative, and gave us a great first impression of the property. The building itself is very clean and user friendly. So glad we picked this storage facility. More than a year later, we are still impressed with this facility and the service we've received. Highly recommend!!

I need to warn everyone about SecureCare Erie because their so-called security is a total joke. I lost over $7,000 worth of personal and business items thanks to their laughable security measures, and I'm not letting that slide without speaking up. The walls between units might as well be made of paper. Someone literally climbed over into my unit and helped themselves to my belongings. And the best part? The facility itself is fine, clean and fairly easy to access. Two months ago, we signed a year's lease for a good rate, and last week got a notice that the rate was increasing by $60. This is a bait and switch. When called on it, the only response I got an email that literally read, Closing Conversation for no response Resolved Needless to say, they did not in fact respond.
