We have really enjoyed working with the office staff, who are very helpful and accommodating, to get what we needed in a storage unit. They are reasonably priced for such roomy storage units. We are glad we went with Vaca-Valley Security Public Storage.

Our first 6 months were at a discount, then the rates went up during the first part of the pandemic. They were accommodating in reducing our rent for a month while we were not working. I very much appreciate the effort Kayla has made for us.
