I am very satisfied with my storage arrangement with Security Public Storage. The facility is clean, safe, and well managed. I especially appreciate that the storage units are completely locked down from external access during non-operational hours (no external walls or fences that can easily be breached). The staff are always very helpful! Keep up the great work!

The staff have been so friendly. I appreciate the reminders calls and emails to avoid late fees! Who does that level of customer service anymore!

My wife and i have a storage here at franklin for almost a year now. We like the location, safety and the staff. Josh and sarah are very approachable, nice and caring people. They really know what they are talking about and they really care about their customers. We love the discounts, and how clean the place looks. We know our things are safe and well taken care of.

My husband and i have been with security public storage for almost a year now. We like the location in franklin because it is so convenient, clean, and secured. It is also a real climate change. We also like the staff josh and sarah, they are so friendly and make thr whole process easy. I love the discounts and how they try to accomodate us as much as they can and also advices us on which storage plan is better. This location fits our family so much, its gonna be very hard to leave this place.
