I have been renting at this security storage for a long time the customer service is great and will recommend it to anyone .
Our unit got broken into and everything got stolen out of it as well as 2 units down in a row and no one seems to care. Thousands of dollars gone, the walls between the units are literally bolted on a bar that can be unbolted and moved and you can access someone else’s unit, STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORAGE UNITS!!!!

Not happy right now, with the way I was treated over the phone by the managers Sonia and Tony. I lost my job due to this pandemic and I can afford right now to paid my storage. I spoke with Tony and ask if I can do payment arrangements with my bill. Tony told me no! If it's not paid I would assess a $25 late fee if I don't pay it. Times are rough right now.
