A few days ago I received a letter letting me know that the storage facility that I rent a unit from was under new management and that I needed to stop in and sign new lease agreements. Yesterday I stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting the new staff. They were all very polite, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. This is a big change from the previous management. I asked a few policy questions, signed my lease, and was in and out quickly and efficiently.

Security public storage in Gaithersburg, Maryland,is a great place to do business with.It has extended hours and the management gives you a friendly call,along with the customary contact procedures.The most important thing,I have noticed is NO trash cans on site so it stays immaculate! Don Gardner
I have a storage at the Gaithersburg location and I am very pleased with the upgraded service and changes that have been made by Sal and Sarah keep up the good work .
