Charles is the best, he helped me with my particularly difficult couch situation. I moved from Vancouver to San Francisco with much less stress because I had the support here. The facilities are easy to access and clean! Great manager. Candace is also excellent.

The customer service here is great! I had been searching for a location and was thoroughly impressed with how Rene was able to explain everything I needed clearly to secure a unit as quickly and efficiently as possible. The process was so easy! I've had an overall great experience here, easy auto billing and payment system, clean facilities and quality team.

Best storage facility around Brea location! Each unit has its own security system! I accidently went in behind another car one time, opened my unit and the alarm went off the manager was there in seconds! Great feature to have! You have to enter code each time going in and out very safe! The units are super easy to get to back right up to them another plus! The managers are super kind, helpful and professional. Bonus for those with RVs or boats that need a safe place to store there are areas just for you to rent! 5 stars all... read more

I have had 2 storages here for 2 years I highly recommend using them they are easy to work with and have someone on site 24/7.
