The customer service at Security Public Storage is excellent! Kent went above and beyond to give me an exceptional experience in renting a unit and a moving truck. While he was assisting me, we were unfortunately interrupted by a person who was quite rude in waiting her turn. Kent was very professional in addressing her with how long it would be since he was the only one there. She remained rude to the point I had to said something to her myself.
