The place is very clean and the workers are very respectful and nice. My stuff feels very safe here . I highly recommend this place to anyone
This storage facility is modern, clean, safe, and well maintained. I used other 4 storage facilities in the past in Santa Rosa and I haven’t far had the best experience. I’m only leaving this facility due to relocation, but otherwise I’d happily stay as long as needed. I’d happily give more than 5* on this review due to the amazing and friendly customer service.
The facility is very clean and secure however when I moved my stuff the lightbulb in my unit was broken. I had asked them to fix it. It hasn't been fixed yet.
We needed storage and Donna was great to work with. We would recommend this place to anyone.
The faculties are very friendly and kind! Definitely satisfied with our choice of storage. Definitely recommend them!
Excellent customer service
I was in a tight moving crunch, and Tina and the Security Public Storage team were so excellent in helping me and exceedingly prompt in their communications as well as accommodating. The rates were great and the team arranged for my renting of a U-Haul and walked me through all the necessary steps to seamlessly rent a unit and understand the process.
