Great service until they jacked up the price quite a little bit too almost double what I was paying during the promotion still okay locked in kind of now but overall worth it that's compared to other places in the area. Love the climate control and security onsite
After being with them for six months, I can say that Security Public Storage at 5223 River Road is in a great location, with excellent parking. There’s a wide assortment of unit sizes, from 5x5 and 10x30, and the onsite managers (Sarah, Josh and others) are competent, friendly, flexible, and always helpful. Best storage, been storing for 8 years and have only received great customer service/care!
Clean, secure, great communication with customers.
Have had a few storage units between moves and this one has been my favorite . The staff took the time to show me a few units and options before I made a choice and it was quick and easy to sign up. The location is easy to get to and the property is secure and safe and clean as is my storage unit . They have a good selection of boxes , tapes , and locks for sale on site at great prices . Very satisfied with this business and the staff is helpful in person and over the phone .
