Wonderful staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to set up. Very affordable for the unit size. Very happy with our experience.
The staff here is great. Very helpful and informative. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The security is great and the manager lives on site. The rental rates are fair.

The space is very clean and customer service is top notch. Everything is very secure as you need a code to go in and out and use the elevators. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you want storage for a good price with lots of security!
I love using the Franklin facility. They just added more units to store your things. The management is friendly and helpful! If you need to store something, try this facility.
