This facility was a great spot to store my belongings while I was living out of SF. I felt it was secure, easy to access and John was very helpful in guiding us to our unit and helping during move in day. The instructions on accessing unit was also very clear and this is in a great location ,close to SF city.
This is a nice business and I do really like the people who manage the property locally, but I do have qualms with the corporate management. After a year of storage, they increased my rent per month which I found to be very frustrating. When I asked for a discount due to my unemployment as a result of Covid they denied my request. As a national business I found this pretty disheartening.
I have been very pleased with SPS and so have friends that I referred to. They keep the place immaculate. Office is clean and people are very helpful. I have referred friends that actually have three units there !
The managers are professional and they run a great business. The elevators always smell very clean and the property is very tidy..

Great customer service, from these two lovely, ladies! Always answering my questions, when they call me to remind me of my payment.
I come in the office to make the payments, the staff is always nice and accommodating and I haven't had issues with the unit.
Staff is insanely friendly and made you feel at home, very clean and super great price! Coming from a locksmith (myself) it is also a very Secure facility and completely trust worthy to properly store your valuables. Highly recommend security public storage
10/10. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. And the place is always so clean and easy to access.
