Clean climate-controlled facility. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Less expensive than a local competitor.
Have yet to visit the facility but their customer service was good. Friendly and helpful. Completed my transaction over the phone after answering some questions about what I was looking for and what was I storing .
The operation is run by 2 lovely gals who are funny in their own way but also very helpful and accommodating. The site is spotless and very secure. We’re happy with our choice. Thanks

I’ve been renting at Security Public Storage in Chula Vista for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with both my units! I highly recommend renting a unit here! The facility is clean, I have easy access to both my units, safe and convenient location, friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable management team!
I walked in on a busy Saturday a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful. The process of moving into my unit was seamless. I was surprised that some of the best customer service I had ever received was at a Storage Place! The folks there are super helpful, and I feel like my property is well protected. They told me they've never had a break-in, and that put my mind at ease! Very glad to be in business with these kind folks!
We really love this facility and feel confident our items are safe and secure. They are always friendly and helpful.
We have been renting a storage space for 6 months now and they are perfect for our situation and we have used this company for both kids while they were in college for the summer. Highly Recommend!!
