I have been a customer for almost 15 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean on the inside.
When I was looking for a last minute rental they were so quick & helpful, when other places weren't. Walking into the facility I was greeted with a smile, and even had great conversation while I was waiting. From the time we started storing our stuff there 4 years ago to today, now vacating, all my stuff was practically untouched with no bugs, barely any dust (considering how long it's been in there), no water damage, just a quick wipe down and it was like it never left. The staff was from day one amazing and very easy to work with. They were always very clear and very fair with every issue I had. Security Public Storage at 1 Metropolitan Grove at Gathersburg, MD 20877, is simply the storage to use. Clean, safe, and well-maintained environment and units, the storage is easily accessible. The managers of this storage Sal and Sara, make it worth one's while patronizing their storage; they are very professional, courteous, very friendly, and very helpful, treating their customers like family. Have yet to visit the facility but their customer service was superb . Friendly and helpful . Completed my transaction over the phone after answering some questions about what I was looking for and what was I storing .

I love this place its very very clean on the inside and on the outside grounds the staff is very respectful nice and helpful i feel safe with my things there i havent had any problems with pest no mice no rats no trash round the units like the fact the units are inside a warehouse building i am just so very pleased with them ,latanya pauly
