We are renting a storage unit out at this facility in Pinole. The facility is very clean, every time we have gone there has been hardly anyone else there so it’s very quiet. I forgot the woman who works there name, but she is very pleasant and nice, which I can appreciate. I gave 4 stars because everything is good, my only thing is, storage units are very high. I have been a customer for many months now and I am very pleased with everything this storage facility has to offer.. The price is reasonable. The staff is very professional but still. I highly recommend this place to any one that asks. All employees are helpful and always in a great mood when i speak to them. Even with everything going on they try to help as much as possible. Plus very clean grounds.
