I started coming to this place to help my family/friends move some stuff. From what I saw and what everyone said they had a pleasant experience there. I stared to rent from them in April. The staff are professional, but in a human way. Your not a name and a number to them. Very good people. The facility is nice. Big elevators, moving carts, and there’s always parking when I’m there. I wish they were open longer on Sundays. I feel like my things are secure there. Tall fences, key code to get in, cameras. Great place
My family and I have had our storage here for several years and we are so pleased. The customer service is great , best storage in Salinas .
I have used this storage facility several times and the employees are always friendly and never had a problem with them. Also they put me in a raffle and I won a gift basket that was such a suprise

This cannot be debated on because the location the security of your personal property and the staff is phenomenal I highly recommend this place so you can rest from stress.
I like that its clean, theres carts and they are very nice. We are able to pay by mail with a check, but you can pay other ways too.
I've had my storage there for several years and have been impressed with their service, cleanliness and location. I plan on keeping my stuff there for years to come.
I have been here on and off for many years. Michele and Leah are super helpful and kind. It’s very clean, safe and secure. I would never store any else.
