The on site managers run a tight ship. They are personable, professional and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The closest I can come to an inconvenience is that the carts most often provided for loading and unloading your unit are locked up and you have to ask for the key and return it after use. The Bethesda, Md/River Road location is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very safe. The staff are very professional and always willing to help. They actually have very pleasant attitudes—which is often rare in this industry. Highly recommended.
Paul and Gail King are the best property managers around here. They work with you and are always there to help you with any issue you may have. I’ve never experienced any problem in the facility for the last 2+ years and the rate was reasonable. I highly recommend.
Love this storage facility!! The rent is one of the cheapest in town!! We moved here after another facility raised their prices, they are professional and so sweet! Someone is always there lending a helping hand, I’m so glad we went with this facility!

Best facility in Moreno Valley for storing long term. My items have been there long term and no issues in 3 years.
Clean facility. Great friendly and smiley staff and service. Facility have a variety of unit sizes. It’s unfortunate that the rates increase quite a bit for a storage facility place.
Tyler and Barry are awesome, originally was only going to be using this storage unit for a couple months but it’s so convenient that I’m considering to renew at a yearly lease. It’s great to have a place you can safely keep your belongings.
