I have been a tenant here for a long time and I couldn't be happier. The customer service by the office staff is amazing and I love all of the amenities. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this as the best storage in Bethesda.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, facility was clean and has easy access. They made it easy and with their security, I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there.
The grounds are very clean, and the inside of the building is lit up more than most storage units I have had, which helps a lot. The elevators are roomy enough to haul a lot of stuff in and out, and the dolly's definitely help. Stephanie is always very sweet and helpful too!
The facility is brand new, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and they have many options to choose from for all your storage needs!
The Management is very helpfully and courteous. The facilities are always clean and easily accessible. I’m very happy with the services and recommend this facility to anyone that needs some storage space.

Fairfield facility on Parker Road is just as others have described and commented in their reviews. The site is clean, safe, secure and have a friendly staff on hand. The location is close to Travis AFB if that is your preference. With their freshly renovated doors and sidings, this helps to make the site more attractive and appealing to the eye (s). The staff, Felicia and special K, will work with you and help you resolve any situation that arises with out any hassle. I too would recommend this location. RG
