I'm very happy with this facility. The staff are always so kind. I tried to make my payment over the phone, however their computer was down. It was so easy to make an account online, and make my payment anytime I want on their website!
My lock busted and SPS was the best! I am so pleased with the personal care and treatment I receive!
This storage space is very understanding and will always help no matter the situation the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this storage to anyone of my family.
Applied to rent a 10x15 space and was placed on a waiting list. Within 2 weeks I received a call that a space was available! The office managers were so nice and helpful! I especially like that they live on site making me feel very secure! Great prices, great management, very clean and well kept facility!
This is the best storage in Moreno valley. Kelsey is very nice. Been here for years.!!! No other starage place keeps the price low Like security storage does.!!!

They are Awesome here at SPS! I tell everyone to go here instead of Public Storage. Great prices, very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Since I've been here I've been much happier and I feel a lot safer for my items. I lost everything I had at P.S.. And their lock was still on there. Horrible people work there. I have not had any issues and we will continue to stay with SPS. Even after we find a place and move again. 5 stars from me!
This is the best storage facility and service I've ever used. Before selecting Security Public Storage, I did a lot of research to compare prices, staff, security and cleanliness. I finally selected SPS based on my 4 criterias, but mostly because Barry and Tyler, the professional resident managers were extremely helpful, indeed professional and a pleasure to work with. They have a great security system, with cameras, alarms and staff that check on the units regularly. I've had my unit for 2 years and management/staff has always been professional as well as friendly, especially Marie.. She's the best.. Connie M.
