Security Public Storage is excellent in every way: It is extremely secure, clean, well-maintained and well-managed by Michelle, who is very professional, helpful, AND friendly. The facility also has great location near shopping center, gas station, library, and easy access to Highway 80 exit. I am a very satisfied customer of many years. Highly recommended!!

There are a LOT of storage facilities in the area, and I called a bunch of them. But Security Public Storage in El Sobrante/San Pablo far outpaced the others, first and foremost, with excellent customer service. And I know that sounds cliche, but they are really genuinely friendly! They explained all about the available units clearly and concisely, no hidden fees, and they even had homemade chocolate chip cookies in the office! (That might have sold me!
