I have rented a unit here for over a year and find them to be a great value. I looked at other storage places before deciding to choose Security Public Storage. I love that the hours work for me and my unit is alarmed. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome.
Friendly, helpful staff that are always ready to help. Clean and secure area makes me feel good about my belongings staying safe.
The service personnel are very polite and helpful; the facility is tight to dive thru, however the price of the units make-up for the lack of paved area.
When looking for storage accommodations, I was referred to Security Public Storage by my Grandmother (she rents from them as well). So I went into the Franklin Blvd location and was VERY impressed with the facilities. The front office staff was most helpful, explaining the difference between unit sizing and cost of rentals to help meet my needs. The facilities are well kept. If your looking for a secure and affordable storage Security Public Storage is the place for you. I never have to worry about the safely of my belongings here. The units and property are maintained well and the staff is always helpful and polite.
