I like the kind, friendly and caring management here. And the security is better than other storage facilities I’ve used. I like knowing my things are in a safe, clean and professionally run storage facility.
Dwayne is a top notch professional. Always helpful with questions that I have. This storage location maintains its clean and neat appearance at all times. This is what you want in a storage facility. Very accessible at all times during scheduled hours.
I've rented a locker from these guys for a year and a half now, and not one complaint. They go above and beyond if I need anything, or have any questions. I dont have experiences with any other storage places, but I doubt any in others in Baltimore could really compete for convenience in location or excellence in staff.
