Kayla was very helpful when I initially called, and then showed me a couple of different sized spaces when I arrived, and told me all the details I needed to know about renting there, which I appreciated. I also reserved their truck to use for my move, which saved me some money. The space was very clean and the location is safe, and she told me she/they monitor around the clock with video camera surveillance, which is important to me. I'm very pleased that I chose the Vacaville Location! Thank you. Mark.
Having moved back to the USA from England, I needed a place for my things until I found a decent sized apartment. Sonja and Tony were extremely helpful, and were able to accommodate me when I needed less space over time. They could have kept me in the larger space paying, more, but they did right by me by giving me what I needed. I highly recommend them!
