I have rented a storage unit at Security Public Storage for almost a year now. I chose this location because it was close to my house and had the best rates in the area. When I went in to tour the unit, I was greeted by the nicest office staff who were very patient with me when I wanted to check out multiple units. The hallways are very clean and well lit. We need a temporary storage solution after a dishwasher flood caused damage to our basement. After several calls to other storage centers with no one being at all helpful, I was lucky enough to be sent to Cindy at Herndon Security Public Storage. She was incredibly polite and helpful, and quickly set us up with the correct size unit, helped us with arranging to get the moving truck in, and even sold us the lock when we completely forgot we needed one!
