Rich and his team is a awesome, they treat you with respect and very friendly. They are always willing to help you for your needs. They give you a courtesy calls every month when bill is due.
Security Public Storage is a high quality storage company with excellent customer service standards. The storage compartment I rented was clean and afforded me all the space I needed. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that there is someone in the office during the open hours. I highly recommend this storage facility!
Terri is amazing, she is so helpful and actually cares about the customers and you can tell just about people in general. She is always finding ways to help and make things work rather than explaining what she "can't do" or "isn't allowed" to do. It was very good the use of security cameras which eases my worrying and the staff are professional and friendly.
Very nice attendant and well taken care of property. Feel safe having my belongings here. Been using this facility for a while and will continue to have my stuff here.
The Hyde location is pretty well kept and run in an organized manner. Evelyn is always very helpful and friendly when we have questions. Having a storage unit has definitely made our lives a bit easier. I recommend going to this location if you live near San Francisco.
The staff there is always so nice and they are very friendly very quick at customer service. I always use security when ever needed. This storage is very clean and very nice property.

Clean, well-lit, easily accessible and reasonably priced. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Much better than storage facilities I have used in the past!
