I've been using storage units at this location for 13 years and have always been extremely happy with the service and the facilities. Service is outstanding! Service is always friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained and the carts provided are a great help. This is the cleanest, safest Storage you can get in Santa Rosa. The staff is the nicest. I've had lots of storages in the past. And been unhappy. We've been here for a number of years, and Terry and Jesse are the best. Highly recommend,and there dog friendly!This review is also from Rleen joy
This location is easy to get to and access has double security, which makes the facility safe. Anytime we have had issues, they were handled quickly in the office. Ended up renting another unit as well.
Great place to keep your storage! They never disappoint...had my stuff there for many times over years.
