I recently had to get a storage immediately, close- I don't drive, and I was concerned about the safety. I researched and I am still an extremely pleased resident of this facility @ 3901 Fruitridge Rd., Sacramento, CA. Each unit is individually alarmed for your safety and the on- site management is a blessing. They are helpful, professional and caring. You can go anywhere else but I think this is the best experience with any storage in 30 years. They also provide insurance! Totally and completely happy! Sincerely, L.A.Floyd
Came in to rent a unit. Maria the resident manager was prompt and helpful, she answered all questions and was very pleasant to work with.
