I have been at Herndon SPS for over 10 years and am very happy with the customer service, cleanliness and security. We have had many management teams come through at this location, They have all been professional and helpfult. Currently we have another new team. I have met one of the 3, however, I have spoken to all. They seem very customer service oriented and concerned with the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks SPS Herndon for the quality that I have come to expect.

Felix and Renee at Security Public storage is amazing! I had to move quickly and I explained this to Felix...he helped me find movers and assisted me with finding the right size storage unit for me. It’s super affordable. Renee and Felix has great customer service skills as well. Grateful I came here!! Thanks guys!!

Michele & Sara are terrific and very helpful! This is a great storage facility, safe, secure and very conveniently located. I love that the lights go on automatically when I walk down the hallways to my unit. The grounds are also very clean. I feel safe on the property! 5 stars!
