You have to use this place it's the best. Not only are the grounds clean it's so friendly. Birds in the fountain with the little rubber ducks just makes you smile when you drive in to your unit. Judith & Tracy are so nice and willing to help in anyway they can, I feel like family eachtime I stop by. This is my second stay with them, I had a unit about 5 years ago and now here I am back again nother's changed they are just as wonderful as before. I wouln't go any where else. The managers and staff at this facility are the best. They are always friendly and helpful. I have used three other storage facilities over the years and this one has been the best. We have rented here a long time with no problems.
The employees here are very friendly. The storage units are well maintained. The property is very secure. I am happy I chose this property to store my belongings.
Gail and Paul are terrific proprietors! Always friendly, resourceful and professional. The facility itself is super-clean, super-secure, and the hours of access are very accommodating!

The staff at the McHenry location are vey helpful, polite and professional. The grounds are very clean. I feel my items are securely stored. JUNE AND JENNIFER AND STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS LIKE ME. I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW CORDIAL THEY WERE AND ARE TOWARDS ME. I WISH EVERYBODY TREATED ME SO WELL, AND THANKS!!!
My husband and I have been a customer with Gail and her husband for several months this year and my husband used them last year before we got married.
