#1 in Customer Service!! Carol is fantastic...always there to help, very friendly and personable. This is the CLEANEST storage facility I have ever seen and the prices are very reasonable. As long as I need storage Security Public will have my business!!
This is a very neat and clean storage facility with excellent security. This is the second time I have rented a space at this location. The office staff is friendly and nice. They made a difficult decision easy to make once I went in and looked around. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I went to four other places before going to this facility. None of the other places offered the same friendly service and convenient hours of operation. I would recommend this facility to all of my friends.
Security PS is in the second cluster of storage unit locations in Santa Rosa. Don't store anywhere on Santa Rosa Ave---Roseland even though the prices are slightly lower. Those units are easy to break into and I personally know people who have had things stolen from their units. So if you're going to go with a nicer and more secure storage service, you're smart to look at the hopper locations. Security Public Storage is one of the cleanest storage places i've seen, Also the Managers are always ready to help with any problems that have come up. Nice Place and Nice People.

Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa is a GREAT place for storage. I have been dealing with the managers of this storage facility, Judy Freitas and Tracy Van Eck, for many years and they both are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive through all the years. The storage facility is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa.
