I've had my storage there for just about 7 years now at the McHenry location. I like that I don't have to worry about what's stored. I feel that it's very safe and and secure, their staff is also very helpful and friendly.... plus I love that just in case when I tend to forget and get caught up they give me a reminder call... I'm pretty satisfied with this storage.. if there would be 1 thing I could ask for to make it perfect would be some type of promotions or discounts on the rent especially for long term tenants..

Wonderful storage place - absolutely amazing customer service!!! Excellent place and storage unit was climate controlled and never had any problems. More than the storage unit I was extremely pleased by The owner's (Craig and Sue) care and attention toward service. I had problem with the movers and couldn't move the items out on the planned date. But they were very accommodating and took immediate action to extend the storage unit. It is rare to find such good service nowadays.
