Excellent place to store your stuff.. Staff is friendly and helpful, The facility is very secure, clean, well-run, and great location. If you live in Pinole Valley this is the place in Pinole. close to Highyway 80 exit. Who could ask for anything more? Gate locks at 7pm but ok to be in facility later. Would recommend Joaquin M

Start off by saying the location of the storage is perfect, hours of operation are extremely reasonable. The best customer service I've ever experienced with a storage locker. They go out of the way to really connect with you. Never had a problem with the cleanliness of the area or locker. Would give it a 6 out of 5 stars if I could, will be renting from them again,

This is my second time using Security Public Storage. The staff, whether Craig and Michelle (owners)or others, are so easy to work with; they help with suggestions, available moving supplies, etc. I also like that they monitor comings/goings like they do. As an older woman, it makes me feel safer when it is dark and I am alone.
