Very nice and knowledgeable management and staff. They made it easy for me and a pleasurable experience when I had to move from my other storage property earlier this year. The property and storage units are well maintained, clean, and secure. The location couldn't be better it's close to home plus there is a great view of the historic BNSF train trestle going toward the beautiful Alhambra Hills and Mt Wanda! I recommend them highly to anyone in need of extra storage.
I called for some prices and was very impressed with the customer service I received. Christa was very knowledgeable and helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars all the way.
It is more than you pay for. Its clean ,well maintaied,& easy access. Near by shopping if needed. But best of all is the employees, they are allways willing to help. Security Public Storage in Palm Desert (39595 Berkey Dr Ste 200) is an excellent place to store your items. I've had my storage unit with precious household goods in storage there since April, 2012 and service has been excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional and the storage units are safe, well-guarded, and in a great location. Five stars! - Ruth Nolan
