My wife and I have rented a storage unit at this facility for the past 7 months and there are a few things I really like about this location compared to other storage units I have used in the past. First, it is always clean. You don't see pieces of paper, empty plastic bottles or any other trash strewn about. Security Public Storage is the best storage company I have ever used!
I like the new managers Alan Vila & Jaclyn Padilla They are very friendly. I also think it is the best place to store in Brea because of the security.
Since Security has taken over this stoage facility it has been much improved--mostly with regard to the people in charge! The managers (Sean & Minden) and staff are very responsible and much more accessible--before getting into the office was difficult or impossivle even during regular office hours. Now, the office is open even on Sundays. Staff always seems ready to help in any way possible, by phone or in person. The facility also remains clean and secure in my experience. Dale Majerle
I have been a customer of this particular Security Public Storage for just about a year now. I have been more than satisfied with the quality of the facility and the personal feeling I get whenever I come to pay my fees or check my storage. The prices are reasonable and i got a discount for moving in and they also have a uhaul business there as well, which will be very helpful when I vacate some of my things. I recommend them with an excited tone!

The facilities are wonderful. Very clean, modern, well maintained and secure. Even though I'm in a different country, I feel that my belongings will be safe there. I did have issues with the girl at the front counter, though. I did a 2 day move, and I realized I needed a bigger storage unit to accommodate my things. The switch became a huge struggle with the worker because I was offered a discount. It took over an hour of arguing over basic math before she called the owners/managers to work it out.
