Staff here are amazing. They walk the property inside and out many times a day and they immediately noticed a leak from the ceiling/pipe. They contacted me right away and had the situation handled promptly saving myself and other tenants from any damage to belongings. Cannot say enough good things about them
Max was terrific—generous, patient and helpful! The facility was impressive too—very clean and safe with impressive security tech. I won’t worry a bit storing my stuff here.
The staff at Public Storage is truly exceptional—personable, professional, and caring. Their security measures gave me the confidence to store my belongings comfortably. Unlike my previous storage experience, where my all possessions were stolen, Security Public Storage not only provides a secure environment but also offers support in resolving any issues that might arise.
Everyone that works here is very kind. The storage units are clean and the safety measures to get inside are reassuring. The only issue here is the safety of the surrounding neighborhood, which is hard to avoid in Portland.
Going to sue this place for unlawful detainment. I was literally STUCK inside this place, half an hour on hold with the non-emergency Portland Police line before giving up. We got here at about 9:50, unloaded, and could not get out because they closed at 10. Place was pretty much abandoned, and there was no site manager here as the gate screen read. None of their phone numbers worked, the gate code will not accept, and their phone number just says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Finally made it out by trying to throw... read more
